Local produce

Situated at 2163 m, at the top of the brand new La Pasay chairlift, the newly renovated restaurant is now open. After 7 months of work, the former snack bar has been transformed into a restaurant, designed in perfect harmony with its natural surroundings.

Very popular amongst hikers and those who enjoy good food, it’s easily accessible (only 15 minutes from Le Châble). From there, you just need to take the cable car and the detachable chairlift, which is equipped with comfortable Porsche seats and weather-protection covers (“bubbles”).

Once you are comfortably installed on the terrace at the La Pasay restaurant, you can admire the panoramic view over the Mont-Blanc, the Six Blanc, La Ruinette and the Grand- Saint-Bernard. The warm, cosy interior has been tastefully decorated and furnished in a contemporary style, with a central wood burner surrounded with stone from Saxon.

If you fancy a break, come in and enjoy a delicious meal made with local produce and served in a convivial atmosphere. To accompany your food, enjoy some good wine from some of the best producers in Valais.

La Pasay

The restaurant

For this project, Téléverbier SA hired Philippe Bruchez, an architect from the Val de Bagnes who worked mainly with local firms.

Carole Lambiel-Moos, Téléverbier’s commercial director, was involved in planning the decor.

The restaurant seats 64 people inside and 80 on the terrace. The picnic area on the ground floor has 60 places and is equipped with vending machines (drinks and snacks).
